This alioli gains extra depth from the use of smoked garlic. The flavour is mild and well balanced, with a warm, smoky undertone. Its rich and creamy texture makes it perfect for grilled meat, roasted vegetables, burgers or as a spread. Also delicious with vegan or plant-based dishes. Emulsified sauce (75%) (rape oil, water, vinegar, sugar, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), modified potato starch, sea salt, thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate)), smoked garlic (11%) (partly rehydrated), sunflower oil, roasted garlic (4,5%) (rehydrated), sea salt (1,5%), antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid).
