Bresc Gremolata 450g
Gremolata, a classic Italian herb mixture of finely chopped parsley, garlic and lemon, among others, offers a fresh and aromatic flavour boost. This 'topping' is classically served with stews such as, of course, Ossobuco and bistecca Florentina, but also goes well with fish dishes thanks to its fresh citrus accents.
Ingredients
Ingredients herb mixture gremolata: Parsley (25%), olive oil, sunflower oil, garlic (12%), basil, pine nut (5%), orange zest (5%), lemon zest (5%), lime juice, water, sea salt (1,2%), pepper, rapeseed oil, acid (citric acid), antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
