Bresc Seaweed & Green herbs sauce 1000g
Bresc Seaweed & Green Herb Sauce is a cold, plant-based sauce with generous garnish that enriches dishes with the refined umami of seaweed and the freshness of green herbs. Both wakame and kombu – both premium seaweeds – are harvested from farms in Brittany. The salty umami flavour of kombu and the delicate, slightly sweet notes of wakame blend with the freshness of shallots and the acidity of capers, gherkins and lemon juice. Parsley and tarragon give the herb sauce an aromatic, spicy depth. Together, these ingredients create a complex, layered flavour that is both fresh and full-bodied. With a rich garnish of 40% and a creamy, stable texture, Bresc Seaweed & Green Herbs sauce is the ideal culinary convenience sauce that sets you apart. Use it, for example, as a flavourful (vegan) sauce, plant-based rich dressing or cold base for fish dishes, salads, (vegetarian) bowls and as a component for refined street food creations.
