The famous flavouring for noodle dishes. Shredded garlic, slightly refined with coarsely chopped fresh red pepper and spring onion in sunflower oil. The rich, spicy flavour of garlic with tanginess of a lime leaf. Specifically created for quick, Asian style dishes and, together with WOKginger and WOKpepper, the ideal base for stir-fry dishes.
