‘Tikka’ refers to the pieces of marinated meat, fish or vegetables that are cooked in a tandoor oven. The chilled tikka masala is a combination of things like tomato, bell pepper, cinnamon, garlic and ginger. With a hot, pungent flavour. The melange is extremely suitable for curries, both meat and vegetarian.

Tomato (22.5%), onion, ginger (10%), water, garlic (8%), red chilli (7.5%), sunflower oil, ALMOND (5%), salt (5%), coriander, ground paprika, cumin, cinnamon (0.3%), dried red chilli, pepper, lemon juice, citrus fiber, acidity regulator (sodium hydrogen sulphate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)
