Lemongrass adds a tangy-sour, lemony flavour to any dish, producing a perfect balance for heavier flavours like garlic, peppers and dishes that are rich in fat. The unprocessed raw ingredient needs to cook with a dish for a long time before it releases its flavour. This chilled lemongrass puree offers the convenience of a ready-to-use product with the authentic flavour of the ingredient.


lemongrass 50%, water, vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower)(in varying proportions), salt 3%, stabilizers (guar gum, xantan gum), acidity regulator (sodium hydrogen sulphate), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)
