The classic marinade of the Canary Islands, Mojo Verde, which means ‘green sauce’ is traditionally served with papas arrugadas, a potato dish. The chilled Mojo Verde is made from mild, young garlic, coriander, parsley, green sweet peppers, jalapeño peppers and olive oil. It offers optimal convenience, as this brush-on marinade is applied after grilling, thus avoiding charring. This product was specially designed for gourmet grilling with the Big Green Egg.
