The Italian basil comes from the Veneto region and is grown in open fields, which gives it a rich flavour. It is processed immediately after harvesting to retain its freshness. This pesto is full of flavour, without any artificial aromas, colours or flavourings. Versatile in use and suitable for both hot and cold applications.
