This fresh plant-based alioli is creamy, light and just a little different. Spanish garlic, lime leaf, lemon zest and lemon juice come together to create a gentle garlic flavour with a bright citrus kick. The sauce is 100% plant-based and remains stable when heated, making it highly versatile. Perfect for summer dishes, fish, salads or as a fresh topping for (vegan) street food.

Emulsified sauce (75%) (rape oil, water, vinegar, sugar, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), modified potato starch, sea salt, thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate)), sunflower oil, garlic (8%), sugar, sea salt (1,7%), lemon juice (1,2%), lemon peel (0,8%), lime leaf (0,3%), curcuma, antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid).
