Bresc Mushroom & Black Garlic Sauce is a plant-based, cold sauce with 40% coarse mushroom garnish for a beautiful texture and extra deep umami thanks to black garlic: an enrichment for your dishes. The garnish consists of a selection of shiitake, oyster mushroom, nameko and porcini mushrooms. This mushroom mix provides an earthy flavour and a pleasant bite. The black garlic deepens the umami of the mushrooms. The black peppercorns and shallots round off the flavour profile to create a rich, earthy sauce with a refined balance. With its pleasant texture, the plant-based Bresc Mushroom & Black Garlic Sauce is the ideal culinary convenience sauce to set you apart. Use it to give your dishes extra layers of flavour, for example as a vegan sauce (because it doesn't contain truffle!), as a rich dressing or cold base for salads, bowls, meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, or as a component in modern street food concepts.
