Ginger & lime WOK 450g
A mixture of chopped ginger, lemongrass and lime leaf in oil. These three flavours are combined to give any dish a tangy-hot touch. It is precisely the tanginess of this spice mix that makes it extremely suitable for fish dishes. It is very good for stir-fries, soups and sauces too. This and the WOKgarlic and WOKpepper were designed to use in Asian-style dishes.

Ginger (49.5%), sunflower oil, sugar, lemongrass (5%), salt (2.5%), lime leaf (0.8%), turmeric, acid (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)
