Bresc Coriander puree 450g
Delicate coriander puree made from coriander leaves with a dash of sunflower oil. It is a well-known, tangy flavouring used in Asian and North African cuisines. It can be used without further preparation in both hot and cold dishes. The chilled coriander puree keeps its unadulterated flavour and colour when it is used.
Ingredients
Coriander (78%), sunflower oil, water, sea salt (3.5%), acid (lactic acid), stabilizers (guar gum, xanthan gum), antioxidant (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
