‘Tikka’ refers to the pieces of marinated meat, fish or vegetables that are cooked in a tandoor oven. The chilled tikka masala is a combination of things like tomato, bell pepper, cinnamon, garlic and ginger. With a hot, pungent flavour. The melange is extremely suitable for curries, both meat and vegetarian.
