Bresc Thai red curry 450g

The Thai red curry is a pungent, red melange that is extremely suitable for fish and meat dishes and as a base for Thai soups. This curry, somewhere between mild and hot, contains the authentic ingredients used for a Thai red curry. On a scale of one to three peppers, this version scores two peppers. The combination of red peppers, garlic, lemongrass, and fried onions gives this melange its full-bodied flavour which makes it extremely versatile.

Garlic (33.5%) (partially dried), red chilli (23.1%), lemongrass (11%), water, shallot (8%), salt (5%), galanga (3%), ground paprika (3%), lime leaf (1%), coriander (1%), cumin, cardamom, citrusfiber, acid (lactic acid), preservative (potassium sorbate)
