Bresc Alioli Clásico 1000g
This classic alioli is based on the traditional recipe from Catalonia, but made entirely plant-based. Prepared with Spanish garlic and a hint of fresh lemon juice. The sauce is creamy, full of flavour and ready to use. Thanks to its stable structure, this plant-based alioli also holds up well when heated – ideal for both hot and cold (vegan) applications in the professional kitchen.
Ingredients
Emulsified sauce (78%) (rape oil, water, vinegar, sugar, MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seed, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices), modified potato starch, sea salt, thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate)), garlic (12%), sunflower oil, sea salt (2%), lemon juice (0,4%), antioxidants (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid).
