This garlic puree is made from whole, fresh cloves, finely chopped to produce a puree for practical use. The garlic is pickled with a little salt and some citric acid, creating a puree of consistent quality with a sharp flavour. The puree is suitable for a variety of culinary applications and as a basic flavouring in sauces, soups and marinades. This product is also available in 1 kg packaging as well as the 10 kg packaging.
