Bresc Garlic puree 1000g

Garlic puree made from whole, fresh cloves. Finely chopped to a produce a very practical puree. Preserved with very little salt and a little citric acid to ensure that the puree is of consistent quality. The puree has a tart flavour. Suitable for a range of uses in the kitchen and a basic flavouring for sauces, soups and marinades.
