The best quality garlic, fresh cloves crushed by traditional means with sunflower oil to produce a very delicate structure. Preserved with very little salt and citric acid. Specifically designed for all dishes in which colour and structure are important as well as flavour. Perfect as an ingredient in sauces due to its delicate structure.

Garlic (70%), sunflower oil (20%), water, salt (2.8%), acid (citric acid), stabilizers (guar gum, xantan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate)
