Pesto di basilico – 1000 g

News: we’ve improved our Pesto di basilico! The recipe had been around for several years and no longer fully met the demands of today’s chefs. That’s why we updated it. The main goal was to improve the flavour, and also to ensure the colour stays a fresher green after production – which we’ve successfully achieved! The pesto is now slightly more fluid, making it even more versatile: perfect as a drizzle on carpaccio, a dressing, and more.

In the new recipe, we’ve added cashew nuts alongside pine nuts, resulting in a smoother mouthfeel. As a result, this pesto now contains the allergen nuts.

Vegan pesto – 450 g

This vegan pesto is ideal for plant-based applications thanks to the use of raw cashew nuts – the plant-based alternative to cheese with the same creamy mouthfeel.
